Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days of when it is placed. You will automatically be emailed a USPS Tracking # when the shipping label is created in our system. Packages typically arrive in 3 – 5 business days but be sure to check your tracking email to keep an eye on your shipment.

We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders, or chocolate smoothies.

Log in to your member dashboard here.
Click on the “Address” button in the left side navigation.
Click Add/Edit and update your shipping or billing details.
Click “Save Address”.

Ugh. This sucks. If your card is declined, we suggest you check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. If that still doesn’t work and you’re thinkin man I got a million bucks in the bank WTF, call your credit card company to clear the transaction, and then place a new order.

Credit card refunds can usually take 2 -3 business days to appear on your statement.
