Warnings/tips: Start LOW AND GO SLOW for first timers. Starting dose for Delta 8 is best around 5-10mg (1/4ml dropper). Hemp oil is best taken under the tongue for faster absorption. Hold for at least 90 seconds before swallowing. Taking with food with higher fat content can increase blood absorption rates for a quicker effect. Wait at least 2 hours before taking more to give it sufficient time to work.
